We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, mostly due to the fantastic early park access and the Donald Duck themed room, although it was a bit musty. The long corridors could be an issue for anyone with mobility concerns. Overall, it's a solid choice for families wanting to enjoy Disney, despite the price feeling on the higher side for what we got.

Rooms

The Donald Duck themed room was spacious and came with themed amenities. However, there was a slight musty smell that detracted from the overall experience.

The hotel's location is great for accessing DisneySea, just a 15-minute walk or a quick shuttle ride away. This made it easy for us to visit multiple times during our stay.
Dining

We didn't enjoy too many meals at the hotel, but the convenience of having a store and Disney merchandise shop in the lobby was nice.
Facilities

The hotel has a convenience store and a nice Disney merchandise shop, but it's disappointing that the pool requires an additional cost to use.

I stayed at this hotel primarily for the happy entry to Disneysea, which was a fantastic perk. The location is convenient for park access, but I found the hotel to be quite average for the price. The room was clean but a bit dated, and there could have been more Disney-themed amenities to enhance the experience. Overall, it’s a decent choice if you want early access but consider whether it's worth the extra cost for the basic offerings.

Rooms
6.0
The room was clean but felt a bit outdated. It had no real Disney-themed amenities, and the beds were somewhat uncomfortable.
Service
7.0
The service was satisfactory, and they provided a nice shuttle service to the parks. I didn't experience anything particularly exemplary, though.
Location
9.0
The hotel is conveniently located with shuttle access to both Disneyland and Disneysea, which is a major plus.

The dining experience wasn’t extensive, but the option for Chef Mickey breakfast was a highlight. Just be sure to make reservations ahead of time!

Facilities were decent, with a nice pool area, but nothing extraordinary stood out. The hotel lobby was lovely and welcoming.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel with my family. The accommodations were spacious and perfect for our needs, especially with the added Disney theme; however, the musty smell was a drawback. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the parks, making it really convenient for our Disney trips. I felt the price was a bit steep, especially considering the minor issues we encountered.

Rooms

The room was spacious, fitting our family comfortably and decorated with Disney themes. However, it had a musty smell that was a bit unpleasant.
Service

The service was respectable, though I did notice some communication barriers due to a lack of English speaking staff.
Location

The location was ideal for accessing Disney parks with shuttles available frequently, and we found it easy to walk to Disneysea as well.
Dining

My stay at the hotel was a delightful surprise with its charming Art Deco design and comfortable ambiance. The Chef Mickey breakfast was an unforgettable experience, making the stay worthwhile. However, the hotel's location, although convenient for accessing the parks, meant a bit of a trek when carrying luggage from the station. Overall, it’s a fantastic option for families looking for a magical Disney experience without breaking the bank.

Rooms

The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, featuring generous amenities and a stylish Mickey-themed decor that made the stay extra special.

The Ambassador Hotel is a charming stay, close to the parks with a lovely Disney theme. The staff goes out of their way to make your experience pleasant, and the spacious rooms are decorated with fun Disney characters. However, the bed sizes might be challenging for those accustomed to larger beds, and the dining options are somewhat limited. While we had a great time overall, a few small improvements could enhance the experience.

Rooms
8.0
Our room was spacious, featuring two large twin beds decorated with Disney characters, providing a fun atmosphere. It was roomy enough for a family, though the bed sizes were on the smaller side.
Service
9.0
The service was stellar, especially during our character breakfast at Chef Mickey, where the staff showed tremendous attentiveness and creativity in communication. They even went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
Location
9.0
The hotel is conveniently located just a short complimentary shuttle bus ride away from DisneySea, making it a smart choice after watching the fireworks. The nearby Ikspiari shopping center adds to the convenience.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was enjoyable, especially at Chef Mickey, which allowed us to meet characters while eating. However, the drink selection at the Hyperion Lounge was limited and the overall menu could have more variety.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel offers a range of amenities, including a lovely lobby area and an onsite shop for Disney merchandise. There are facilities like dry cleaning and baggage handling, which were very convenient.
